what a session looks like

the warm-up

Each session starts with a proper warm up, giving your body the time to kick into action and get ready for the session ahead.

the work

Based on your goals and training frequency, I will build a routine that you can come in and know you’re crushing. The work will be tough, it will push you, but it will be so worth it.

the core

Core is on of the most important, yet underserved, part of our physique and functionality. By mixing core into every training day, it no longer gets neglected and you feel the effect on posture and strength.

who i train

The common thread is that everyone at Body Profit trains like an athlete, scaled to where they actually are. The programming adapts. The standard remains the same.

busy professionals

You used to move well until work took over. Long days at a desk, low energy, and a body that feels stiffer every year. You don't need two-hour sessions. You need efficient, focused training that gets your athleticism back and fits the schedule you actually have.

former athletes

Get back the speed and the explosiveness you once had. Before the injuries, time off, and boring gym routines took the edge off. Let's get back to training with real intent so you feel fast, powerful, and competitive again.

(30-65+)

active adults

You stay active, but maybe you've plateaued or aren’t sure the group classes are working. We’ll start training for the long game. This means sharper coordination, better mechanics, and the confidence to move without pain for decades to come.

PLYOMETRIC TRAINING

Plyometric training is one of the most effective methods for building explosive power, speed, and athletic resilience. By training your muscles to generate maximum force in minimal time, plyometrics improve neuromuscular efficiency, boost cardiovascular endurance, and enhance overall functional performance — so you move faster, jump higher, and perform stronger in every area of life.

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING

Functional strength training builds real-world power by targeting the movement patterns your body uses every day. Through compound lifts, multi-joint exercises, and load-bearing progressions, this training style develops strength that transfers directly to athletic performance and daily life — reducing injury risk, improving posture, and building a body that performs as well as it looks.

CORE TRAINING

A strong core is the foundation of every movement you make. Core training at Body Profit Fitness goes beyond crunches — targeting deep stabilizer muscles, improving spinal alignment, and building the functional strength that powers every lift, sprint, and athletic effort. The result is better posture, reduced injury risk, and a more resilient body built to perform.
